"I work as a firefighter in a large metropolitan city. I sustained a significant
back injury to the lumbar region of my back in 1999. I lived with partial
paralysis, pain and sleep depravation for more than a year before I sought
treatment (because I'm a tough guy). I received an epidural nerve block with a steroid in the year 2000. This
was done after a diagnosis of an inflamed spinal cord disc. I was pain
free for several months until I went back to work. After little guidance

lying down using springs, ropes, balls and rollers could compare to weight
